Maintenance
What will you do to prepare my apartment before I move in?
We have it walked through by maintenance & the leasing team to make sure our standards are met and units are clean. Depending on the condition of the home it will take up to 7 days to turn.
Do you have on-site maintenance?
Yes, we have on-site maintenance and 24/7 emergency maintenance. Simply submit a maintenance request through the resident portal.

What amenities does the property offer?
Mezzanine-level lounge, oversized pool and hot tub, BBQ grills, state-of-the art fitness center, on-demand virtual fitness classes in spin/yoga room, rooftop dog park & spa, co-working & conference room, game room, elevated urban park, valet parking, bike shop and ample storage.
Is parking available?
Yes! We have an underground parking garage shared with the Collier Center. We also offer a complementary valet for resident use.
Is your community pet friendly?
Yes, we love pets! We have a rooftop dog park as well as a pet spa. Check out our pet policy for more information regarding pet limits, restrictions, and fees.
What appliances are standard?
Washer, dryer, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave are all standard appliances in the units.

Do I have to make an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?
We recommend making an appointment so you don't have to wait, but we do take walk-ins as well.

The light rail station is right in front of Adeline on Jefferson and 3rd St.

How do I get to your community?
The main street you want to be on is Jefferson, you will turn left into our valet area before reaching 3rd St.
